Float Horizen

Float Horizen, located in East Nashville, TN, is a premier floatation therapy center and alternative therapy spa dedicated to enhancing overall well-being through a variety of innovative services. They specialize in float therapy, which provides an unparalleled experience of weightlessness, allowing clients to disconnect from external distractions and delve into a deep state of relaxation. The clinic features two options for float tanks: the DREAMPOD, offering a more enclosed, womb-like experience, and the WAVE ROOM, designed for first-time floaters with a spacious, open environment. The therapeutic benefits of floatation therapy include chronic pain relief, stress reduction, enhanced creativity, and improved sleep, all facilitated by the calming effects of Epsom salts that promote detoxification and relaxation. In addition to float therapy, Float Horizen offers a suite of complementary services including massage therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and sound meditation. Their massage therapy caters to a range of needs, from traditional Swedish techniques to specialized prenatal and deep tissue massages. The infrared sauna enhances the detoxification process, providing a soothing heat that penetrates deep into the body, while sound meditation utilizes vibratory instruments to facilitate a profound connection with one's inner self. With its focus on holistic healing and relaxation, Float Horizen not only encourages individual wellness but also fosters a sense of community through its ZEN Club membership, which promotes regular self-care practices. This clinic stands out as a sanctuary for those seeking to recharge, recalibrate, and reclaim their inner peace amidst the chaos of daily life.
