Welcome to Longevity Clinic Finder ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, directory, listings, reviews, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

• Services: The website, directory, clinic listings, advertising and Featured Listings, user accounts, reviews, messaging, and all related features.
• Content: All text, images, graphics, videos, data, listings, reviews, and materials on the Services.
• User Content: Content submitted by users, including reviews, ratings, comments, photos, media, logos, descriptions, and listing updates.
• Clinic Content: Content submitted by clinic owners or representatives, including listings, photos, descriptions, claims, or uploaded materials.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old;
• Capable of entering legally binding agreements;
• If acting for a business/clinic, authorized to bind that entity.

3. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

4. Nature of the Service (Critical Disclaimer)

Longevity Clinic Finder is not a medical provider, healthcare facility, or medical advisor. We do not verify medical credentials unless explicitly stated, do not guarantee the accuracy of clinic information, and do not create doctor–patient relationships. All information is informational only. You agree that any actions taken based on listings, reviews, or content are entirely your responsibility.

5. Account Registration

• Keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information at all times.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, for any reason.

6. Clinic Listings

Clinics are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, licensing and legal compliance, pricing claims, uploaded media, and adherence to applicable laws. We do not guarantee listing accuracy, availability, legitimacy, or service quality and may remove or reorder listings at our discretion.

7. Featured Listings (Paid Advertising)

Featured Listings are paid advertisements that receive enhanced visibility, may appear above organic results, and display “Featured” or “Sponsored” badges. Featured placement is not an endorsement.

• Subscriptions auto-renew and are handled via third-party processors.
• No refunds for delivered periods.
• Cancellation applies to the next billing period.
• Pricing may change at any time.

8. User Reviews & Ratings

A. Review Rules

Users may post ratings, reviews, and media but may not submit fake, incentivized, defamatory, or abusive content. Medical claims, spam, or impersonation are prohibited.

B. License You Grant

By posting content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works. This license survives account termination.

C. Moderation

We may remove, edit, or hide reviews that violate policies, but will not remove reviews solely because they are negative.

D. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Reviews are opinions, not facts, and we do not verify their accuracy.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the site.
• Impersonate others or submit fake listings/reviews.
• Upload malware or interfere with functionality.
• Use automated scripts or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Use the Services for illegal purposes or manipulate Featured Listings.

Violations may result in immediate termination.

10. Payment, Billing & Subscriptions

• Featured Listings auto-renew; you authorize recurring charges.
• No refunds for delivered service.
• Cancellation takes effect the next billing cycle.
• We may suspend accounts with unpaid balances.

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content, layout, and systems belong to the Company. Users retain ownership of their content but grant the license described above.

12. No Warranties (As-Is Service)

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, medical credibility, results, or fitness for a particular purpose, and do not guarantee error-free operation or legitimacy of listings.

13. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
• Total liability shall not exceed $100.
• Not responsible for medical outcomes, user content, or third-party actions.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your content, legal violations, or disputes with clinics/users. Clinics indemnify us for malpractice, advertising claims, misrepresentations, licensing issues, and uploaded media. This obligation survives termination.

15. Termination

We may suspend, delete, or restrict accounts at any time, without notice. You may cancel at any time; the Terms remain enforceable for your prior use.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

17. Mandatory Arbitration, Class Action Waiver, Jury Trial Waiver

Mandatory Arbitration

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Court litigation is allowed only to enforce an arbitration award.

No Class Actions

Disputes must be resolved individually; class, collective, or representative actions are waived.

Jury Trial Waiver

You waive any right to a jury trial.

Small Claims Exception

Either party may bring an eligible claim in Wyoming small-claims court.

18. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
