LCF Score Methodology
Longevity Clinic Finder
Last Updated: September 6, 2026
The LCF Score is a 0–100 listing-quality score for clinics in this directory. It is not a patient review rating, a Google rating, or a medical endorsement. A higher score means the listing is more complete, verified, and transparent — not that a treatment is more effective.
How listings are ordered
Organic results are ordered by LCF Score, then clinic name. Featured listings are paid placements and can appear above organic results. Paying for a Featured listing does not change a clinic’s LCF Score.
The four categories
Every published clinic receives a score out of 100, split across four categories:
Trust and Verification — 30 points
- Verified claim: 18 points
- Phone verified: 5 points
- Website confirmed valid: 4 points
- Listing identified as a business location: 3 points
Longevity Services — 30 points
- Longevity relevance of the listing: up to 12 points
- Number of longevity service categories: up to 12 points
- Number of specialties: up to 6 points
Clinics that belong to a parent organization have their relevance points capped so a brand network cannot automatically outrank a well-documented independent clinic.
Listing Quality — 30 points
- Logo: 8 points
- Cover photo: 8 points
- Gallery photos: 6 points
- Description of at least 200 characters: 4 points
- Email or online booking link: 4 points
A clinic can inherit a logo or cover photo from its parent organization when it has not uploaded its own.
Transparency — 10 points
Clinics start with 10 points. Points are deducted for a missing address, phone, hours, or website, or for a website that we have marked as broken.
What the score does not include
The LCF Score does not use Google ratings, paid Featured or Premium seats, profile views, clicks, doctor counts, or certified-professional badges. Patient reviews are shown separately when enough first-party reviews exist.
When the number is shown
Public display of the LCF Score can be turned on or off for clinic profiles and for cards elsewhere on the site. Organic ranking still uses the score even when the number is hidden.
How clinic owners can improve a score
Claim and verify the listing, add a logo and photos, write a complete description, list longevity services, and keep address, phone, hours, and website current. Scores update automatically when a listing changes.
