Hot Haven Sauna Studio

HOT HAVEN is a private infrared sauna and lymphatic compression studio in Bankers Hill, San Diego, steps from Balboa Park. Every session is private — no shared or communal rooms. Guests choose between a spacious walk-in infrared cabin or a cocoon-style infrared wrap, both set to build heat gradually across a 55-minute session. The studio also offers full-body lymphatic compression (pressotherapy), a gentle sequential-compression treatment used for circulation, post-travel and post-workout recovery, and general lymphatic support. The two services are designed to be used together: move it out with compression, then sweat it out in the sauna. HOT HAVEN is woman-owned, LGBTQ+ friendly and wheelchair accessible, with towels provided and free parking in front of the studio and in the lot directly across the street. Sessions are booked online, and first-time guests can try the studio for $50.
