2. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
If you believe content infringes your copyright, your written notice must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
- A physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material (exact URL) to be removed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Submitting false claims may result in legal liability. Incomplete notices may be rejected.
3. Removal of Allegedly Infringing Content
After receiving a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the content, notify the uploader, and terminate repeat infringers at our discretion. We do not arbitrate disputes; we simply follow DMCA procedures.
4. Counter-Notice Process
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, send a Counter-Notice including:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the removed material and its prior location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the District of Wyoming and accepting service of process from the original complainant.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Email counter-notices to [email protected].
5. Restoration of Content
We may restore removed content within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant informs us they have filed a court action to keep the content offline. We are not obligated to restore content.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
Users or clinics who repeatedly upload infringing material may have accounts suspended or terminated. We determine “repeat infringer” status at our sole discretion.
7. No Legal Advice
Nothing in this policy constitutes legal advice. Consult an attorney if you are uncertain whether content is infringing.
8. Disclaimer of Liability
We are not liable for user-submitted content, erroneous DMCA notices, or disputes between users. As a platform, we rely on the safe-harbor protections of 17 U.S.C. §512.
