This policy governs all paid services offered by Longevity Clinic Finder, including Premium Featured Listings. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

1. No Refunds

All payments for Featured Listings or other advertising services are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or partial credits for billing periods already started, delivered visibility, lack of leads, business changes, duplicate accounts, forgotten cancellations, or suspensions due to policy violations.

2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Monthly plans renew every month; yearly plans renew annually. You authorize recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled.

3. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period. Your listing remains Featured until the cycle ends.

4. Billing Errors

Credits are only issued for confirmed billing system errors, duplicate charges, or administrative mistakes. Forgetting to cancel or being dissatisfied with performance is not a billing error. Documentation may be required.

5. Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend your Featured Listing, or remove priority placement until payment is resolved. You remain responsible for outstanding balances.

6. Account Suspension or Termination

Accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, harmful content, or non-compliance are not eligible for refunds or credits.

7. Pricing Changes

We may modify pricing at any time. Continued use after pricing updates constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
