Longevity Clinic Finder (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) allows users to submit reviews, ratings, photos, and comments (“Reviews”). By posting a review, you agree to follow these guidelines and the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose of Reviews

Reviews help users share genuine experiences, provide helpful insights, improve transparency, and assist others in making informed decisions. Reviews must reflect real, personal experiences.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not submit fake or incentivized reviews, defamatory statements, unverified accusations, medical advice, harassment, personal data, illegal content, spam, or promotional links. Reviews written by clinic employees, competitors, or anyone acting for compensation are prohibited.

3. Review Requirements

Reviews must be truthful, respectful, relevant, and based on real experiences. You may discuss customer service, communication, cleanliness, wait times, transparency, and pricing as long as it reflects your own visit.

4. Clinic Responses

Clinics may reply publicly but must remain professional, avoid PHI, and never offer incentives to remove reviews.

5. Moderation

We may remove or edit reviews that violate these guidelines, but we do not remove reviews solely because they are negative (per the Consumer Review Fairness Act).

6. Appeals

If a review is removed in error, contact [email protected] with the original text and listing details.

7. License to Use Reviews

By posting a review, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the content, even after account deletion.

8. No Ownership Transfer

You retain ownership of your content but grant us the above license. We are not responsible for accuracy of user opinions.

9. Exposure to Content

You may encounter opinions you disagree with. We do not endorse user reviews, and you use them at your own risk.
