Some listings displayed on the website are paid advertisements (“Sponsored Listings” or “Featured Listings”). By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclosure.

1. What Is a Sponsored Listing?

A Sponsored Listing is a paid advertising product purchased by a clinic to increase visibility. Sponsored placements may appear above organic results, inside highlighted sections, or with special badges such as “Featured,” “Sponsored,” or “Advertiser.”

2. Sponsored Listings Are Paid Ads

A Sponsored Listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, verification, or guarantee of quality. These placements exist solely because the clinic paid for higher visibility. We do not receive commissions based on clinic visits, treatments, or outcomes.

3. How Sponsored Listings Are Displayed

Sponsored placements are clearly labeled on search results, state pages, city pages, category pages, and clinic profiles. We may adjust layout, visual design, or labeling to maintain clarity for users.

4. How Sponsored Listings Affect Ranking

Sponsors may receive priority placement, additional profile features, or inclusion in rotating featured areas. Organic relevance still influences ordering, but in many cases Sponsored Listings receive prominent positioning due to the advertising relationship.

5. No Influence on Reviews or Ratings

Purchasing a Sponsored Listing does not alter review scores, delete negative feedback, or influence user-generated content. Reviews remain governed by our Review Moderation Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Clinic Responsibility for Claims

Advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with laws, licensing, advertising regulations, and all representations made to users. We do not verify advertiser claims unless expressly stated.

7. No Medical Endorsement

Sponsored Listings are not medical advice, endorsements, or guarantees. Users should independently verify providers, credentials, and treatment suitability before making medical decisions.

8. Payment & Advertising Relationship

Clinics pay a subscription fee for Sponsored Listings. The fee covers advertising placement only. We do not share clinic revenue, receive commissions, or participate in treatment decisions.

9. Removal or Rejection

We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or reject Sponsored Listings at any time if they violate our Terms, contain misleading or unsafe claims, promote illegal services, harm user trust, or if payment fails.
