Pause Studio - Green Hills, TN

Pause Studio Green Hills offers a comprehensive recovery and wellness sanctuary located in Nashville's vibrant Green Hills community, providing members and guests with an extensive array of cutting-edge therapies designed to optimize physical performance, accelerate recovery, and promote cellular rejuvenation. The clinic specializes in contrast therapy—alternating between infrared sauna and cold plunge to enhance circulation and reduce inflammation—alongside whole-body cryotherapy, which leverages ultra-cold temperatures to decrease inflammation and boost physical resilience. Additionally, the studio features infrared sauna sessions for detoxification and muscle tension relief, sensory deprivation float therapy for mental restoration, full-body LED light therapy to support cellular repair and collagen production, and Normatec compression therapy trusted by elite athletes for lymphatic drainage and accelerated recovery. The clinic's integrated approach to wellness extends beyond physical therapies through its IV drips and vitamin shots program, which delivers customized formulas of essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients directly into the bloodstream for immediate absorption tailored to individual wellness goals. Complementing these services, Pause Studio Green Hills offers Aescape massage therapy to complete the recovery experience. The facility accommodates various wellness preferences through a flexible, credit-based membership system ranging from the Core tier ($149/month with 12 credits) to the VIP tier ($449/month with 50 credits), allowing members to mix and match services according to their needs while enjoying significant savings of 40-55% off à la carte pricing. Designed as a scenic retreat from urban stress, Pause Studio Green Hills emphasizes accessibility and community by offering shared membership options, gift cards, and the ability to redeem memberships across multiple Pause locations.
